This dinner from Realfoodwholelife  has quickly become a favorite of ours.  My husband Lee and I have been eating off of this meal for the last three days.  It is extremely light for the warm, spring days we are experiencing right now.  This meal is also healthy and very flavorful.  I do feel it needs more color so I have added edadame and peas to the side.  The next time I make this meal I might add peas or beans to the crockpot.    My favorite aspect to this meal is it includes turmeric which has many health benefits like it aids in reducing inflammation and decreasing pain while improving memory.  Enjoy!
