I made this recently despite it not being fall.  It was extremely delicious.  This is the description on the website

“When autumn rolls in, I lean on sheet pan dinners. And for good reason! They’re low on mess and big on flavor. These juicy pork chops roast alongside thinly sliced apples and onions, all kissed with a tangy honey mustard topping. Everything comes out of the oven perfectly tender and seasoned. Add a tray of crispy Brussels sprouts while the pork bakes, and you’ve got a cozy weeknight supper that looks and tastes like fall on a plate—hearty, simple, and easy on the dishes.”
