This power bowl packs a serious nutritional punch and is full of flavor! This bowl is one of my favorite dinners this time of year (February) as cauliflower and cabbage are in season.  I love the homemade sauce using Tahini but Lee does not care for it, so I keep it on the side.  I also use sunflower seeds instead of pumpkin.
