I made this salad last night and it was amazing! One of those meals I was sad to see end.  Luckily, it makes enough for two nights.  This recipe calls for Tamari which I learned about.  I used almond slivers instead of regular almonds and I didn’t put cranberries into the salad (think it calls for cranberries).  I hope you enjoy as much as Lee and I did.
