These muffins are delicious and full of goodness like ginger, turmeric, and cloves.  For the recipe, I used Almond Malk instead of canned coconut milk and I used gluten free flour instead of rice flour.  Once you make them they are good in the fridge for a week or so.  I enjoy them with my eggs in the morning or as a snack with peanut butter.  Enjoy!
