Daniela_Dish Thanksgiving Slaw
Ingredients
- For the Slaw:
- 10 oz Red Cabbage (shredded)
- 12 oz Broccoli Slaw
- ½ cup Shredded Carrots
- ½ cup Sliced Almonds
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)
- 2 Honeycrisp Apples (sliced)
- For the Apple Cider Vinaigrette:
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine Veggies: In a large bowl, add the shredded red cabbage, broccoli slaw, carrots, sliced apples, almonds, and dried cranberries.
- Make Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined and emulsified.
- Toss & Serve: Pour the dressing over the slaw ingredients and toss everything together until evenly coated. Serve immediately or let it sit for 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
