Daniela_Dish Thanksgiving Slaw
Ingredients
  • For the Slaw:
    • 10 oz Red Cabbage (shredded)
    • 12 oz Broccoli Slaw
    • ½ cup Shredded Carrots
    • ½ cup Sliced Almonds
    • ½ cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins)
    • 2 Honeycrisp Apples (sliced)
  • For the Apple Cider Vinaigrette:
    • ½ cup Olive Oil
    • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
    • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
    • Salt & Pepper, to taste 
Instructions
  1. Combine Veggies: In a large bowl, add the shredded red cabbage, broccoli slaw, carrots, sliced apples, almonds, and dried cranberries.
  2. Make Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined and emulsified.
  3. Toss & Serve: Pour the dressing over the slaw ingredients and toss everything together until evenly coated. Serve immediately or let it sit for 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
